What is remarkable about this story, I think, was how to cope at that time with such disputes: It has the highest authority in the judicial process in such a way to intervene, that a committee person on the causes of having sat competently negotiated a settlement and effectively the contending parties to bring peace to understand. It has the matter not simply leave it the way of things in the courts until the contending parties might have ruined financially and so the dispute would come to a halt.
