... is finally finished. At last weekend I made the binding and now it is really and truly finished. Almost 2 years it took. 3x I just died in the meantime, the sewing machine and each time was gone for so long that I had lost the thread.
The planning was long before the first in my head, then in EQ6. . At an anniversary in gnome fabric patchwork & quilting forum, I had wanted matching fabrics in nature and fall colors, lots of stripes and checks

I have the center by hand, the surrounding rounds I quilted to the seam with the machine.
